About FlyEagle

Built by operators who lived the corridor.

FlyEagle is the cross-border logistics infrastructure of Qpendo Holding — anchored by 16+ years of e-commerce experience and 4+ years operating on the ground across UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt.

Why FlyEagle exists

The corridor no one had fully claimed.

Our origin

Our origin: FlyEagle began as a logistics initiative inside Qpendo Holding — a cross-border platform with top-seller positions on Amazon UAE and Noon. What started as solving our own first-mile and warehousing problems became something bigger. MENA simply did not have a dedicated, China-aware, infrastructure-grade logistics company. So we built one.

The Middle East is in the middle of a once-in-a-generation commerce shift. Saudi Vision 2030. UAE's role as the regional e-commerce capital. Egypt's emerging digital economy. And behind it all, an opportunity no one has fully claimed: the infrastructure layer that connects China's manufacturing to MENA's consumers.

For years, this corridor has been served by fragmented freight forwarders, generic 3PLs, and the in-house operations of mega-retailers. None of them are dedicated cross-border infrastructure companies. None of them are designed to be the picks-and-shovels layer for the brands entering the region.

FlyEagle is. We operate the first mile — international freight from Chinese origin ports — and the middle mile — cloud warehousing and fulfillment across the GCC. We deliberately stop before heavy last-mile delivery, where the market is already saturated.

That focus is what makes us partner-friendly. We are not competing with Aramex or SMSA on doorstep delivery — we are enabling them. We are the infrastructure underneath. Anchored by Qpendo Holding, but built to serve any brand entering the Middle East.

How we operate

Operating principles

Four principles behind the infrastructure we build.

01

Infrastructure, not branding.

The most valuable logistics companies were built by being indispensable to other people's businesses — not by being consumer brands. We aim to be essential to merchants, invisible to shoppers.

02

Anchored, but independent.

Qpendo Holding is our anchor, but FlyEagle's value depends on serving any brand entering MENA. We operate like a neutral utility — open to all, beholden to none.

03

Focus is the moat.

First mile and middle mile, not heavy last-mile. China–MENA corridor, not global ambition. Saying no to scope creep is how we win on the things that matter.

04

Operators in every room.

Our team has personally moved containers through Jebel Ali, opened warehouses in Riyadh, and hired local staff in Cairo. Strategy without operating depth is decorative.

The team

Operators, not intermediaries

Founders who have moved the containers, opened the warehouses, and hired the local teams.
